“I love working on complex societal challenges, together with colleagues and clients, making optimal use of data and existing insights while considering multiple perspectives.”

Francine is passionate about safeguarding the quality and accessibility of healthcare and improving the quality of life of citizens and patients. She integrates various perspectives, research, and data to translate them into strategic and practical solutions with broad support.

After graduating with honors with bachelor degrees in Physics & Astronomy and Mathematics, as well as a master degree in Econometrics, Francine obtained her PhD in Financial Econometrics from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2017. During her PhD, she discovered her desire to apply her analytical and data skills in a practical way for societal purposes.

From 2018 to 2022, Francine worked as a consultant and manager at KPMG Health. At KPMG she gained extensive experience in healthcare through various projects, ranging from supporting mergers and collaboration processes, designing new propositions and governance models, to conducting research on risk equalization, the impact of macroeconomic developments, and social spending.

Francine then spent two years at Ahold, where she was responsible for the strategy and health proposition of the Care & Childcare division and Etos. At the end of 2023, she returned to healthcare consulting at Strategy&, where she led projects supporting regions and healthcare institutions in developing IZA transformation plans.

Since 2025, Francine has been working as a Managing Consultant at SiRM, where she collaborates with colleagues and clients to tackle complex societal challenges.
